The key to successfully obtaining a residence permit under any of the arraigo categories is the absence of criminal record and being able to demonstrate a genuine connection with your place of habitual residence, whether through economic, social, employment, family, or educational ties. As your immigration lawyers in Barcelona and throughout Spain, we will guide you through every step of the process.
